もうすぐ８月だっていうのに、なんだか涼しいですね。
僕はスケジュール帳みたいなのは使わないですけど、ノートとかメモ帳はよく使います。
そこに、目標とか、やりたいこと、やらなきゃいけないこと、などなどを書き込むようにしています。
ただ、書き込むだけだと忘れちゃうので、たまに見返して、新しいページにもう一度書き写します。
もちろん、すでに終わったことなんかはわざわざ書き写しません。
新しく出てきたコト、やりたいこと、目標の類は、そのときに新しく書き足します。
これをやると忘れないし、続けていると、なんとなく実現できていくのが楽しいです。
やっぱり「書く」という行為が良いのでは？？と思っています。
「書く」ことによって意識の奥の方に残って、無意識のうちにそれを実現しようと動いているんじゃないか？？とか…適当な憶測ですけど。
なんか変な話かもしれませんが、もし、１日に10分か15分くらいでも、このノートに向かって、将来のことをあれこれと想像して書き込んでおくと、すごくいろんな事が叶っちゃいそうな気がします。
と、いうわけで今日は新しいノートを買って帰る予定です。
