ここしばらく忙しく、今年は生まれて初めての夏バテらしきもの、を体験しました。
もしかしたら施術のやり方、というか、考え方というか…を変えたからかなあ？？という気もしていますが、どうなんだろう、まだはっきりとは分からないです。
ついこの間までは、随分と楽〜な感じで施術できていたのですが、最近は施術後に（自分の体の感覚が）電池が切れたみたいになります。
そのぶん良い施術ができていたら良いな〜とは思いますけど。
幸い、ここ最近は涼しくなってきたので、暑さでバテる…というのはなさそうです。
そう考えると、あっという間に夏も終わりなんですねえ。
それから、９月（５日）の練習会が楽しみです。
今、試したいこと、練習したいこと、知りたいこと、は、山ほどあるのですが、きちんとメモしておかないとそれまでに忘れてしまいそうです（笑）。
それと、、人数の割りに、マットが足りないことに気付きました（笑）。
どうしよう…買っちゃおうかな？
配送にかかる時間もあるし、早く決めなくちゃ。
それで、もう８月も終わりだって思うと、ほんとう、時間の経つのって早いな〜って思います。
今は、やりたいこと、やらなくちゃいけないこと、がたくさんあって、それらを、１日っていう限られた時間の中で、できるだけたくさんやりたい！っていう気持ちです。
