（たぶん、）調子の良いときとか、集中できてるなあ〜というときは、 「宇宙みたいなの」 とか、「大きい光の玉みたいなの」 が自分の頭の上に出てきたりします。
あと、こないだ観たDVD……たしか「DEEP BLUE」 だったと思うのですが、そのDEEP BLUEで大きな亀が海の中をゆっくり、ゆっくりと、、、泳いでいる映像があったんですね。
それで、「海は広いので、亀は、誰とも出会わずに海を旅してその一生を終えることもある・・・」とかなんとか言ってたんです。
で、それがすごく印象深くって、、なぜだか、「深い海の中をゆっくりと泳ぐカメ」 のイメージがよく出てきます（笑）。
それから、なんか変なイメージが出てくることもあります。
肩甲骨のところから、妙にリアルなバイキンマンみたいなのがひょっこり見えたり（見えたり…というか、そんなイメージが見える、ということです。）、イモムシみたいなのが肩をもぞもぞしていたり。
なんか、いったん気になると、ど〜しても気になっちゃって、それを掴んでポイっと捨てたりすると、ちょっと気がおさまります。
（あ、いつも見えるわけではありません。）
…なんか変な話になってしまいましたね。。。
今日は、この間覚えた新しい技について書こうと思ったのですが…。
