昔、着ていたスーツが着れなくなっていたから。

でも、よく眠れます。
少しずつ、痩せてきています。
何かを始めるってことは大変なことだけど、少しずつでも、頑張っていけばいいと思う。
大切なのは、続けること。

今、うちのお店は、「もうすぐ移転（あと半年くらいで）する」という状況にあります。
さまざまな要因はありますが、これは自分で決めたことなので、もちろんストレスは感じないのですが…
正直、プレッシャーを感じることはあります。
夜中、ひとりで、もくもくと走っていると、そういったプレッシャーを、少し、忘れられるのです。
そして。
自分で決めた目標に向かって、全力を出し切る
っていうこと。
そういうことの大切さを、いまさらながら感じることができるのです。
